Performance Coaching is a forward focused thinking process. A conversation about you. It can help you to achieve more of what you want and less of what you don’t want.

What to expect
The start of the coaching process explores the areas of your life you want to improve or change. This will usually take place during a 1.5 hours face-to-face coaching session.
You set the content and whether you want to work on a specific area such as career, health relationships or your life in general. You choose.
The initial session is typically followed up with an agreed number of 1 hour face-to-face, telephone or skype calls.

My rate for a session is £60* (1 hr). I also offer discounts for block bookings ( 4 weekly sessions £220, 6 weekly sessions £300, 10 weekly sessions £450).
